Data Insight Analyst

We’re seeking a confident analyst to join us as a member of our Business Intelligence and Analytics team, you will focus on analysing game data and provide insights that help us to understand drivers of game performance and player behaviour. This role includes reporting, dashboard development & solving analytical problems.

Our ideal candidate is comfortable working with all levels of management to help stakeholders gain an in-depth understanding of our how our products and services are being used by players. The candidate should be self-motivated to learn different technology and analytical methodology.

Objectives of this Role

  • Work with our content studios to use the data & insights to drive the development of our marketing-leading slot games.
  • Design, execute, and effectively communicate analysis that identifies meaningful trends and opportunities across the business.
  • Participate in regular meetings with management; assessing and addressing issues to identify and implement improvements toward efficient operations.
  • Provide strong and timely analytic decision support to business partners and various organizational stakeholders.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Conduct full lifecycle of analytics projects from project requirements documentation to design and execution, including pulling, manipulating, and exporting data.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators, provide ongoing reports, and recommend areas for improvements.
  • Develop and implement data analyses.
  • Utilise a range of input data including actual performance data and game design data.
  • Prepare, analyse, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic analytical results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, dashboards, and instructions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with good computer & logical skills.
  • Preferred: Experience working with tableau
  • Preferred: working experience with Python.
  • Essential: Strong Excel & Ms-Office skills.
  • Essential: Experience in working with enterprise BI tools (e.g.  POWER BI, OBI, Cognos, QlikView etc)
  • Essential: Working knowledge of SQL.
