Product Manager - EMEA

This newly created role will be reporting directly to the Director, Product Management – EMEA. You will be responsible for supporting the lifecycle management of EGM (Electronic Gaming Machine) products in the Light & Wonder portfolio for the EMEA and UK regions including identifying and supporting market needs and requirements, product development resources, supporting and enabling the sales team and evaluating and measuring product performance. Work closely with operators, customers, suppliers, gaming operations, the sales team, and with the product Development team to understand and capture market problems, business conditions, competitive and market requirements, customer and technical requirements, and input into product direction.
The EMEA product team are integral to the Global Gaming Product team working closely with our Las Vegas Centre of Excellence (COE) to deliver regional objectives and support global gaming product strategy delivery. A key focus of the role will also involve working closely and travelling with multiple EMEA stakeholders including the Leadership Team, Sales, Marketing teams and Customers.
•Execute EMEA product strategy delivery as outlined by Product Director EMEA
•Support Sales team on customer product presentation, planning, execution and delivery.
•Communication and selection of product offers for customers venues down to terminal level.
•Support execution and planning of Sales Enablement meetings alongside Product leads
•Support management and delivery of monthly and Ad Hoc games releases to all EMEA countries and Jurisdictions.
•Manage and update product roadmaps and engage with key stakeholders including worldwide Product Management team, sales and customers.
•Implement product launch, End of Sale and End of life strategies to deliver product solutions co created with the team.
•Creating project timeline and implementation schedules
•Assisting with product launches and marketing campaigns
•Delivering strategies for product pricing and positioning
•Product administration support as required
•Willing to travel in the EMEA (Europe and South Africa) regions to support and enable internal and external customers and teams
•3 to 5 years product management experience in a similar role
•Gaming industry experience is preferred
•Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
•Strong multi-tasking skills including managing multiple projects and deadlines, with a focus on output and delivery against plans
•Management and usage of AGILE system (PLM) would be ideal but not essential
•Ability to manage meetings against a set agenda to ensure optimal outcome of actions and delivery in a timely manor
•Must be fluent in English, written and verbal. Other European language command would be beneficial to the role.
Based: Flexible Working: either in an office location in the EMEA region or remote working however travel will be required at a local EMEA level and overseas.
